AVP

Excellent use with direct heating systems.
It is recommended that the total pressure loss is recalculated since many district heating plants only guarantee a low differential pressure.

This variant is dimensioned so that the pressure loss over the component is max 10 kPa, using the flow stated in the calculator.
Δp = max. 10 kPa

Regulation interval 5-25 or 20-100 kPa.

For pump dimensioning, a pressure loss of 10 kPa can be expected.

Data sheet

Description

AVP is a self-acting differential pressure regulator, which closes with increasing differential pressure. Used in district heating systems and must be ordered for installation in resp. supply or return line.

AVP PN16 is equipped with an external thread for connection to the heating system. Threaded or welded nipples are supplied as accessories. Setting ranges between 0.05 – 0.5 bar or between 0.2 – 1.0 bar.

AVP PN25 is equipped with flanges for connection to the heating system. Setting ranges between 0.2 – 1.0 bar or between 0.3 – 2.0 bar.

For impulse tubes, AV impulse line sets are used which are supplied as accessories. 1 set must be used. pr. differential pressure regulator.
